Shivam Patel is the founder and principal attorney at Patel Law Social Security Disability Attorneys, a New York-based law firm that represents clients in obtaining disability benefits from the Social Security Administration.
Prior to founding the Patel Law Social Security Disability Attorneys, Patel was the sole attorney managing the Social Security Disability department at a plaintiff’s workers compensation firm.
He also has a depth of experience handling SSD cases from inception to completion. Through his experience, he has proven himself to be a skilled and tenacious attorney, representing clients during every step of the process.
Patel is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, He worked at the Richland County Public Defender’s Office in South Carolina and Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles.
Additionally, Patel became a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
