Shivam Patel, Esq.
Shivam Patel is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Shivam Patel, P.C., a New York based law firm that represents clients in obtaining disability benefits from the Social Security Administration.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Shivam Patel, Mr. Patel was the sole attorney managing the Social Security Disability department at a plaintiff’s workers compensation firm. Mr. Patel has a depth of experience handling SSD cases from inception to completion. Through his experience, Mr. Patel has proven himself to be a skilled and tenacious attorney, representing clients during every step of the process.
Mr. Patel is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Patel worked at the Richland County Public Defender’s Office in South Carolina and Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Patel is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
